Access to justice in Pakistan 

        Pakistan is a   vibrant democracy therefor have circuit system for administration of justice. That inevitable conclusion is that decentralized system of judicature is a paramount property of democracy. Benches in different parts of the country to make the  the courts to reachable lowly and the lost justice must be available so the social justice become the realty.

   The rule of law must govern the rule of life and if life is to be humanist, compassionate and accessible to the lowest in the society.Law must be accessible to the simplest or littlest member of the society. Justice is the most precious value to the people. Access  is denied where the the system is expensive.  for that purpose courts and tribunals are easily reachable and inexpensive to tap and expeditious for  deliverance of judgments.

   The bench and bar together operate and dispense the justice expeditious, effective,  and easily accessible to all demographic unis of the society  without discrimination.Justice is the salt of earth if salt lost its savor.  where the purchase of able argument is beyond the purse of common litigant.Bar  will promote  Pro bono  litigation( it is service that uses the specific skills of professionals to provide services to those who are unable to afford them. ) it is clear that that the best judgment pronounced is the product of the submission of at the bar.Lawyer is the officer of the court and he perform an integral rule in dispensation of Justice.if the justice is costly to be available only to rich, laws grind the poor and elite class will rule the .
