                                         Art of cross-examination

we Know what areas to cross-examine and we know what we want. Do we want the witness to appear a liar , or simply mistaken , or just inaccurate ? we have identified who appears weak, where they appear weak, what answers most assist our case, what piece of evidence to pluck from the statement and loudly emphasis , what pieces to deny , what pieces to avoid and if possible exclude.  with each witness , we have now identified a task the task is elicit from each witness only what you need for the closing speech.
